Malibu Suns — Sunglasses Product Issue Policy

Limited warranty: Malibu Suns sunglasses are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your sunglasses have a manufacturing defect, contact us with proof of purchase, a photo of the damage, and a brief description of what happened. We’ll review the issue and, if it’s covered, repair or replace the sunglasses with the same or a comparable style. If repair or replacement isn’t available, we’ll discuss an appropriate resolution.

This policy doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, improper storage, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear, including scratches from use.

This limited warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.
